Data Deletion Instructions

LevelUp: TOEIC Test Prep

LevelUp: TOEIC Test Prep keeps your study activity in the app’s private storage on your device.

Delete data stored on your device

Android:

  1. Open Settings → Apps → TOEIC → Storage and tap Clear storage (sometimes called Clear data). This permanently removes the local database and all saved settings.
  2. Or uninstall the app, which deletes its private storage.

iOS:

  1. Delete any study data the app offers to remove in its settings, then delete the app from your Home Screen or from Settings → General → iPhone Storage.

The exact menu names vary by device and OS version.

Purchases and subscriptions

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store account. Refunds are handled by the store. Purchase records held by the store, and the minimal records we keep for accounting, are not removed by a data-deletion request.

Advertising data

  • Reset or delete your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) in your device’s privacy settings, and turn off ad personalization.
  • For data linked to your advertising identifier, use “Manage Your Privacy Choices” in the AppLovin Privacy Policy.
